Weekly Training


After 3 successful pre-season training sessions over the last few Sundays it’s time to move into the next stage of our training.

This year we will be having 2 training sessions each week – Wednesday and Thursday – both running from 6.30pm – 8.30pm.

Thursday nights will be the club training night where we will work in groups to a very structured system to ensure everyone gets the necessary work in.

Wednesday nights will be a more focused training session where you can work on specific positional play or spend the night on your hitting – you choose your focus.

Thursday is the main training night for the club and if you can only make one night this is the one to aim for. We will be opening the bar as usual and making team announcements for the upcoming round of games in the clubhouse.

Thursday training begins this coming week 22/9 and Wednesday training will begin next week 28/9.
